At Karpus, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Each bracelet is protected by a 1-year limited guarantee from the date of purchase.

This guarantee covers:

• Authenticity of 925 Sterling Silver
• Defects in materials or craftsmanship
• Breakage of thread or silver elements under normal use

This guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, or scratches from daily use
• Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or misuse
• Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or harsh cleaning agents
• Alterations or repairs not performed by Karpus

How it works:

• To claim, proof of purchase is required, with coverage valid for 365 days from the purchase date
• Approved items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
• Shipping costs related to guarantee claims are the responsibility of the customer
